Add this account to MailTap the button, then Settings → General → VPN & Device Management → tap the downloaded profile → Install. Apple Mail then asks for your email address and password.
Your phone will say this profile is not signed. That is expected — tap Install and carry on.
You can also add the account by hand using the settings below.

- Anything else — use the table above. IMAP is required; POP3 is not offered.
